Rev. Dr. Darlene Williams is active in her community, a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, a licensed chaplain, and serves the Southeast Queens community as a member of the ministerial team at Evangel Temple Ministries, Inc. where she is committed to continuing the legacy of community service of her parents, the late Rev. Robert & Bettye Brown.  She serves on several city/state boards, civic organizations, and academia where she teaches at the undergraduate and graduate level.
